Explore the Arts! The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the High Museum of Art have amazing programs for college students that make it possible to take advantage of Atlanta's artistic opportunities without going broke!
Working as a barista at Kaldis Coffee, studying in the Matheson reading room, or walking through Lullwater preserve!
I absolutely love Dooley's Week in the spring! There are a ton of amazing activities and fun giveaways (yay for free merch!), as well as a fantastic concert at the end of the week. In the past, we've had artists like AJR, Bryce Vine, and Dominic Fike perform! What's not to love?
I wasn't expecting to take Principles of Microeconomics during my first semester at Emory, but I saw a ton of positive reviews for the teacher on RateMyProfessor and I decided to give it a shot. This course changed the way I look at the world, and it's the reason I decided to become an Econ major! I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to explore, or else I might never have discovered my passion for economics.
