I loved participating in Songfest during my first year at Emory! I lived in Hamilton-Holmes Residential Hall and had an amazing experience bonding with my roommates and friends in my hall. The friendly competition was exciting and I loved singing and dancing to jab at the other halls! My friends and I still bring it up to this day.
Visit different cafes! I love to travel far and wide across metro Atlanta for the best cafes, especially for matcha. I try to visit a new location at least once every couple weeks to try out their drinks and study!
My favorite class so far has been MUS 309 (The Musical Brain)! It's both a music and neuroscience class and discusses the intersection of both those disciplines. As someone who is majoring in those fields and doing research in cognitive neuroscience and music, it solidified my desire to pursue that topic as a career!
Drinking a Kaldi's iced matcha latte with lavender syrup on the Academic Quad on a sunny day or studying for my classes with my friends in the Cox Hall Identity Spaces.
