What is your favorite Emory tradition?

Songfest would have to be one of my most favorite events, because it really is the best way to meet your fellow first year classmates! The sense of community and exploding energy brought on by Songfest is an unforgettable experience!

What has been your most impactful class?

My freshman seminar, NBB 190, which focused on studying and analyzing the adolescent brain, helped me become certain that I wanted to major in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology! I am grateful for the experiences I got to have in that class, whether it was examining brains from multiple species or seeing how MRI scans worked/what type of data they produced.

On a random day, you're most likely to find me….

Walking into Cox Hall to get some Blue Donkey coffee, finding a place to study and do my work outside, going to the gym to play basketball and volleyball with my friends, or heading to my research lab where I look at behaviors of anxiety in mice!

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

Explore the downtown area, whether it be going to the aquarium or to Ponce City Market for ramen! I am always looking to find new things to explore with my friends!
