Wonderful Wednesday! Organizations table near Asbury circle to raise awareness about their work with free merch and activities. It makes the campus so lively. It's great to hear from different clubs and see what is happening around campus, even as an upperclassman.
Anthropology 201 with lab taught by Dr. Hadley and Dr. Coppetto. I was taking this class for the lab requirement (which Emory has since gotten rid of), and I absolutely fell in love with anthropology! I ended up changing my major by the end of the semester. Both professors were amazing, and we got to do some really cool work with bones and skulls in the lab. It was at 8:30am, and I still always looked forward to it.
While I enjoy the city and all it has to offer, I love how close we are to wildlife and nature. There are so many gorgeous spots 20-60 minutes away. I like to go on little day trips to see new sights and finish the day at one of the amazing restaurants nearby.
Studying outside, running around from meetings to class to more meetings, hanging out with my roommates (+ our wonderful cat Medusa), swimming in the pool if it's hot out, or exploring Atlanta! There is so many wonderful things to do not just at Emory, but all around us.
