Major: History

What has been your most impactful class?

My most impactful class thus far is English 101: Writing and Dissent. My class has partnered with SHINE, a volunteer organization that helps support immigrants and refugees in Atlanta. The opportunity to explore the Atlanta community from a different perspective and then reflect upon my experience is invaluable. I look forward to going to class to discuss relevant and often difficult topics within American society and then getting the chance to further my learning in a hands-on way.

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

Though I have only been part of the Emory community for a short while, my favorite Emory tradition that I have participated in is Songfest. The various first-year halls compete against one another in a song-and-dance competition. I made some of my closest friends through Songfest.

On a random day, you're most likely to find me….

At the Peet’s Coffee Shop in the Woodruff Library. The bottom floor of the library is always a lively and fun environment to meet up with friends, or study.

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

To explore Ponce City Market. I always find new local retailers that I do not have access to at home and get to experience and try new foods and products with friends.

I'm passionate about...

Exercise Politics

I'm involved with...

Sorority Hillel Pre Law Society Young Democrats
