What has been your most impactful class?

LING 101: History of American Languages. Dr. Tamasi is such an engaging professor and I looked forward to attending class each week. Learning about different languages and their spread and structure opened my eyes to the study of Linguistics.

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

Explore the Beltline! There are so many cool shops and restaurants along the trail. Each of the different sections has a different vibe and I can't wait to see them all.

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

My favorite Emory tradition is Songfest because it is so much fun to perform a routine that you've been practicing for so long and it brings you closer to the people in your dorm. We all bonded over memorizing the lyrics and dance moves and performing is a memory I will never forget.
