Class of 2021

Hometown: Valley Cottage, NY

Major: Biology

Minor: Science, Culture and Society

What has been your most impactful class?

My most impactful class has been, "The Sociological Aspects of Health and Illness" as it gave me a new perspective on the social determinants affecting health. It was a class where everything we learned had real-world application and prepared me for a career in healthcare beyond what is learned in traditional science courses.

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

exploring new restaurants, shops and trails at Ponce City Market!

On a random day, you're most likely to find me….

taking interesting classes, then heading to a meeting for an organization I love, playing basketball or violin and hanging out with friends!

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

My favorite Emory tradition is the Coke Toast. It is a wonderful time to gather with new classmates and families to celebrate the start and end of one's Emory experience.

I'm passionate about...

Women's Rights Playing Basketball Violin

I'm involved with...

American Mock World Health Organization (AMWHO) Women's Club Basketball Remote Area Medical Volunteers EURJ Global Village Project Volunteer
