What has been your most impactful class?

My most impactful class has been my continued writing, Women in Music. I was nervous to take this class with many writing prompts and readings but I enjoyed this class so much. I got to learn about women in a male-dominated industry and got to study lost pieces from many famous women composers. I was able to write about topics I enjoyed which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy this class. As a woman in music myself, I was very impacted by hearing about women who shaped the music industry to be successful.

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

Homecoming week is a wonderful way to bring the Emory community together. There are activities, food, and giveaways throughout the week. There is also an amazing concert to end the week's festivities!

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

I love to go out to dinner with friends to celebrate our accomplishments for the week. There are so many restaurants of many styles and we like to try something new every time we go to eat. I highly suggest Grana though!

On a random day, you're most likely to find me….

On a random day, you will find me all around campus. I normally start my day at Starbucks drinking coffee and getting some work done. I always see people there I know and get to strike up a conversation with them. I also love sitting outside on the quad with friends.
