One of my favorite Emory traditions is Dooley's Week! Every day of that week, there is an event with a different theme that brings Emory's community together to celebrate Dooley and have some fun! One of the events last year was called Dooley Out West, which involved cowboy hat decorating, a mechanical bull, and free food! At the end of Dooley's Week is the spring semester concert, which is free to all Emory undergraduate students. Last year, the performers were Taylor Bennett, Bryce Vine, and Dominic Fike!
sitting in the chairs on the Quad if the weather's good! It's the perfect place to study, hang out with friends, or just enjoy being surrounded by nature. When it starts to get dark out, there's string lights to add to the atmosphere.
My discovery seminar class called Fakes, Forgeries, and Finance, taught by my advisor, Professor Dobbin-Bennett. I learned so much about art collecting and authentication, and I don't think I'll ever look at a museum or art collection in the same way again.
try new restaurants! Atlanta has tons of great options to choose from, and I love how I can try new foods, explore a different part of the city, and hang out with my friends at the same time. One of my favorites at the moment is The General Muir, which has an amazing brunch!
