My Discovery Seminar with Dr. Hawley on Rhetoric in Fiction has cultivated my interest in literature and ethical discussion. Every class has been one which I look forward to eagerly to learn about our various, often differing, interpretations of the assigned reading.
I love exploring Emory Village, trying out all the restaurants in the area (none have been wasted trips!), as well as making and meeting new friends on the Atlanta Campus. It's fun to find out how different the atmosphere would be in my later years as an undergraduate.
Ox-lympics has always been a personal favorite of mine! An exciting and exhilarating way to cap-off our orientation days, Ox-lympics pits our orientation groups against one another and solidifies the bonds we forged in our first week on campus. Racing through an obstacle course while getting bounced around everywhere has never been so thrilling!
Spending time with my friends, either playing video games with them in The Oxford Student Center's Hot Spot, or enjoying a walk together in the Hearn Nature Trail.
