Major: Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology

Secondary Major: Spanish

What has been your most impactful class?

The most impactful class I've taken so far is SPAN 385: Medicine & Global Health in Argentina. I took this class during my summer abroad experience in Buenos Aires. Our professor was an Argentinian epidemiologist who even allowed us to shadow her in her clinic after our class. Through this class, I learned a lot more about the differences between the US Healthcare system and other healthcare systems around the globe. In addition, I was also able to greatly broaden my Spanish medical vocabulary.

What is your favorite Emory tradition?

My favorite Emory tradition is Dooley's Week hosted by the Student Programming Council (SPC). Dooley's Week happens during late April, and during this week, SPC hosts many fun events for students with free food, merch, and prizes! The week culminates in a student concert - previous headliners include Dominic Fike, AJR, Flo Rida, Lil Yachty, Flo Milli, and The Chainsmokers.

On a random day, you're most likely to find me….

working at Emory EMS building, studying in the Rollins School of Public Health, or grabbing a smoothie at Kaldi's.

My favorite thing to do in Atlanta is...

going to concerts with my friends! Some concerts I've gone to in Atlanta include Harry Styles, Doja Cat, Taylor Swift, the Wallows, and Clairo.
